Sam started Green Eggs & Sam Farm in 2020 as a 13-year old with 45 laying hens, 20 meat chickens and a couple turkeys. He has expanded steadily and now has an 350+ egg layers and will be raising and processing 1000 meat chickens, 40-50 Thanksgiving turkeys and raising hogs in 2024. Sam rotates the animals regularly and treats them like royalty! He loves providing high quality meat for your family!! He LOVES what he gets to do, but we know he couldn't do it without the support of wonderful people like YOU that are looking for clean, locally raised meat and eggs!
